Baked Parmesan Chicken

3-4 Chicken Breasts

Butter

Cooking Spray

Combine in a freezer bag:

3/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese

3/4 Cup Bread Crumbs or Cornflake Crumbs

1 Envelope Buttermilk Ranch (I just use whatever ranch packet I have, not necessarily buttermilk)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Shake bag to combine ingredients. Line a baking dish with tin foil, and spray with cooking spray. Toss chicken pieces into bag one at a time and toss to coat chicken. Place in baking dish and top with a small pat of butter. Bake for 1 hour.
